THE PROJECT
CONTEXT
We assisted a biotechnology specialized group in implementing a Disclosure Management solution for the production of the Universal Registration Document (Document d’Enregistrement Universel), 20F, and 10K. The group operates in more than 20 countries, has over 50 subsidiaries, and generates a revenue of 500 million euros.
CHALLENGES
As part of its IPO and its presence in the USA, the group was required to publish regulatory documents in France (Universal Registration Document) and the USA (20F and 10K).
The group needed a Disclosure Management solution in a short timeframe to produce all publications in two languages (English and French) securely and efficiently.
