We provide our customers and users with a website accessible from http://www.newreport.fr To deliver our services we collect personal data on individuals and companies.

    • Data collected: Surname*, First name*, Professional or personal email*, Type of position applied for*, Subject*, Message*, Attachment(s) Your question*, Additional question, Location, Position*.

    • Use of data: Management of applications

    • Legal basis for processing: Consent at the bottom of this policy

    • Retention period: 2 years from collection. Candidates are informed that they may request the deletion of their personal data.

Do we share your personal data?

The personal data of clients and applicants is collected and processed by:

  • the sales, administrative, marketing, communication and Human Resources teams of NEWREPORT

  • The police authorities in the context of legal requisitions concerning the fight against fraud.

  • In certain cases and depending on the needs, your data may be transmitted to our partners and subcontractors (in particular employed in the context of sending postal letters and newsletters or in carrying out maintenance and development operations of the our website).

Subject to what is indicated in our personal data protection policy and only if we have previously obtained your consent, we may communicate your personal data.

 

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union. In the event of a policy change, this section will be subject to modification.
