THE PROJECT

CONTEXT
Within a large international industrial group, our teams implemented a unified EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platform in just a few months. This platform allows for the management of various processes, including statutory consolidation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as additional reporting in areas such as HR, Credit Management, Industrial Performance Management, and Industrial Risk Reporting.

CHALLENGES
Due to the group's highly decentralized nature with diverse business units, our teams unified the reporting needs of different business units and consolidated this information into a single group repository within the same platform.
